Introduction
Print365 monitors printers in your organization and provides you with precise information about print jobs and their cost for printers in your company or your local printer 24/7/365, which helps you optimize printing, save expenses, etc.

How it works
Print365 consists of server and client software. Client software, which is installed on a computer with a printer connected, monitors print jobs and sends data to server. Server receives print jobs data from clients and saves it in the database for further usage.
Precise page calculation
Print365 uses a very precise printed pages calculation method. Well-known issues of detecting multiple copies when you print from Microsoft Word or Internet Explorer are resolved.
Charge
When a new document is printed, Print365 calculates the total cost of the document using the corresponding paper format rate. You can setup independent monochrome and colour pricing for the same paper size.
Export
You can export the document records into Microsoft Excel or HTML format for further analysis and reporting:
Web access
You can view Print365 data in your web browser from a remote computer.
System requirements
Windows 2000, XP, 2003 or later is required.
Installation
Install Print365 Server on a computer where you are going to collect and browse print data. Install Print365 Client on computers with printed locally connected (your print servers).
